you will get different readings in both arms, means nothing unless the difference is extreme.
the left arm is directly linked to the heart side and tends to read a higher blood pressure reading than the right arm.just like when some people have heart attacks,they feel it most[pain] in their left arm.
Distance from the heart. Only if there is a marked difference, like 50 or 60 points would it indicate a possible blockage. Otherwise, 10 or 20 points is not unusual at all.
(And heart attack pain is most often left arm pain.)
Left arm is closer to the heart, means we'll get a 'slightly' higher B.P than that taken in the right arm.
