What could I have wrong with me
Every day I feel lightheadiness, dizzy when getting up or down and ready to passout, tingling down arms and legs, weakness in legs where I almost fall, forgetfulness, fatigue, headaches (pressure) sometimes slur speech, tingling in head, sometimes blurred vision.
My doctor thinks it is a nerve blocking the flow of blood to my head.
Answer:Has the physician ordered xrays, MRIs, CATscans, etc.?

What is your age? Are you physically active? Have you ruled out Dimentia (I've worked in an assisted livivng home).?

You need an MRI dude. DID YOUR DR. order you one especially of your head and neck. also a Temporal artey Biopsy might help diagnose the problem. Jeez could be something compressing the spinal cord. thats what is sounds like to me. For GOD SAKE! GET ON THEIR *** AND GET AN ANSWER. YOU NEED TREATMENT! sOMETHING IS BEING BLOCKED SOMEWHERE. It could be anything from high blood pressure to MS. See a Neurologist and get an MRI both of your head and cervical vertebrae. And definitely, have somebody else drive you to the appointment!
