What cigarettes have the least amount of tar and nicotine
Im trying to get my cousin to quit smoking but he wont so instead i want to find him a cigarette that will hurt him the least.

That's a joke. Actually, you can do all the things you want including pleading, begging, getting angry, etc and none if it will make him stop until HE wants to stop. If any thing, the more you harp about it, the more likely he is to go light one up after your lecture.
No body else can force someone to stop a behavior. Only your cousin can make that decision.

It makes no difference. People will just smoke more to get the same level of nicotine. Reduced tar and nicotine cigarettes are a fraud that the tobacco industry puts out there to make their product appear less deadly. It is a lie!
Your cousin will have to come to a point that he wants to quit. You can't do it for him. You can make it less social though. Go outside to smoke, not in my car, etc.
