What causes a nosebleed
If it is not a hurt ,then it is due to over heat in the body or the air you are breathing is too hot / thin without any moisture.
Nose generally bleeds in hot summer or when is hurt a part from nose picking and hurting one self.you can also bleed in the nose when you are in the ac room too as the air dries / condenses the moisture and hence cools it .which also could be the reason for the nose bleeding.so kindly take a good look at what you are eating to reduce the heat in the body,wishing you all the luck for getting rid of the nose bleeding.

Within the nasal cavity are fine capillaries which are used to heat the air entering our lungs. A nosebleed is caused by these being ruptured due to sneezing or blowing your nose too much. Colds may also cause this, as blood supply to the membranes and sinus's is increased to combat the infection.
