Vitamin E oil, coconut oil, and Mederma all help a lot to lighten the appearance of scars. I have a 10 inch incision, a 4 inch incision on my hip, and a few other incisions on my knee...and nothing really lightens my scars because of my rare scarring condition, but for most people they really work well.
Scarzone works very very well. I had scars from past mosquitoe bites that i have had for about 2 years. Now it's like they weren't even there! It takes about 2 months before you see results, however it's great. Hope i helped :)

Alright, I had this problem myself. What you need to do is keep washing your face to keep it clean. Then i used bare minerals foundation and it not only covers the scars but heals and lightens them too. I did this, and now dont even wear make up my skin looks so good. I even get compliments on having a beautiful complexion.
