What can cause your gall bladder to feel "hollow" and causes excessive diarrhea PLEASE HEL

I get a little relief when I can belch, but sometimes I cant tell if I need to burp or vomit. I can take a dietary supplement called Digestive Advantage for people with IBS and helps with the diarrhea, but what is in that, that helps?

i have been to a specialist and they recommend a colonoscopy, but I am scared to death. Serious answers only, please. And please dont tell me to go to the doctor I know I need to. I am looking for explanations.

Only a good educated diagnostician can tell you; and they may need that colonoscopy and blood work to do that.
