What are these red bumps in my genital area

I jsut took a shower and I noticed I had little red bumps almost rash looking in my genital area right under my waist line where my pubic hair begins. The last time I had sex was last night and it was with my girlfriend whom I have been with for 2 years and we both lost our virginity to so I it shouldnt be anything recieved from her. They are red and dont hurt at all unless I touch them or rub against them. What are these? And what should I do?

If you've shaved down there, its prob. razor burn. No biggy, just use some lotion or something. If not, go to a doctor.
