iv been useing benzoyl peroxide and diffrin cream and its worked wonders.but iv got no spots just red marks kind of thing where is spot was and its been flatted.do these marks fade away?

Answer:

i have a similar problem. My old acne scars are red mixed with brown in colour. Im guessing what you have is scars, yes eventually over time they will go away, unless you continue to get acne in that perticular area which will continue to agitate the skin. Its a very good sign that the lumps have smoothend and that all there is is red dots, i assure you! If your in your teens or early 20s and there is no acne left on your face, it is easier to heal than if your older. But the redness will defenetly disapear! Although, you might perhaps have tiny indents to show where your acne once was.

The advice i can give you is to continue using whatever acne tablets or creams you've been using because they seem to be working. The main thing is to make sure you continue not to have acne so your face can heal without worrying about the new zits that are about to pop up!

i think your skin just needs a rest from creams and peroxide for a while just use a mild aloe vera lotion for a few days

They do fade away eventually...it will just take time.

If there is a mark where there was really bad acne it might scar, but yes, most of them will go.
