I am coughing up greenish phlem, and my chest feels as though someone is sitting on it. I will put a call in to my doctors office when they open, but I just thought I would ask. I also feel slightly dizzy, I have two small children and My husband is not home, should I make him come home and take me to the doctor? Dumb question I know I am so fuzzy I cant think straight.LOL

Answer:

Yes, it would be wise to ask that your husband come home. You may or may not have pneumonia, but it sure sounds like SOME sort of respiratory infection. Have you got a fever? Pain which is worse when you cough? Wheezing?

Go ahead and call your hubby, then call the doc for an appointment.

p.s. In the meantime, try a really hot shower (it may help), and take some tylenol if you have pain/fever.
