I've been feeling REALLY lightheaded for about a year or so now..

maybe there will be one or two days a month that I dont feel this way.. Sometimes I have to stop breathing and be extremely still so i can feel my pulse.. its really easy for me to zone out, would that possibly be because of low blood pressure?

Go to your doctor or check it yourself with a automatic blood pressure moniter, but it does sound like you have the classic symptoms, light headed, dizziness and a faint pulse. My friend had low pressure and experienced the same symptoms as you..

Edit-bombastic is right though, we are not doctors on here, while I think that it possibly is, you still need to go have it checked out in case its somthing else, it could be serious.

It could be but why haven't you gone to a doctor? That type of symptom could stem from many different ailments. Don't ignore dizziness. On yahoo, we can only guess about what is wrong and you could end up accepting an answer that sounds reasonable when it might be inaccurate. See your doc!
