in a child its a high temperture a runny nose and drowsiness its pretty much like a bad cold but after 3 days a rash comes out. the rash is usually 3 days coming 3 days on and 3 days going hope this helps

If I remember right it was as though a cold was about to come on and then there were spots tiny little ones on the body arm and legs it's many years since mine had them and they were not too bad there are some who can get them in their eyes and mouth, every child is different, it's over 25 years since mine had them so maybe the injections they have now as babies are a help, try netdoctor.com for updated info.
