Depends on what is exactly going on with your body. Just for the point of eduction, swollen glands are not a 'condition', but rather, a 'symptom' of an underlying condition. If you have a virus, then you can contact your doctor about getting anti-viral medication, which can help reduce the length of time for your suffering. If it's a bacterial infection which is causing your nodes to be swollen, well, I honestly think that you would have noticed the bacterial infection first...because wherever it is located is going to affect the surrounding lymph nodes.

All said and written, you really need to get yourself to a doctor, particulaly if you don't know what is causing the swollen lymph nodes. Until you can get to a doctor, you can take aspirin to help with the pain.
