I have had chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) for ten years now...what are my chances of eventually making a full recovery from this horrid disease?

You may never make a complete recovery from chronic fatigue, but there are ways to help. As well as generally pacing yourself, which is really important, have you considered homeopathy? Chronic fatigue sucks, but from what I have heard it beat by two things- diet change and getting physical, pushing past the fatigue.
