ok for awhile now when it happends on and off. i get this dry scar on my moth(where the top and bottem lips meet at the sides) and i dont know what it is it dosent seem to be contagious cause my man dosent get them! What are they? they seem to go away when i use cold sore lip balm but i dont think their cold sores!

Answer:

if they itch or tingle they are cold sores. if it is a patch of dry skin then just keep it moisturized. if it is a scar that Maderma cream is the best. but otherwise I think it could be a blister/cold sore. just cuz your man does not get it does not mean it cant be a cold sore because some people just never get them and others always have them..
