I have a Big stomachach, a migrane, my body is aching all over, i am dizzy, and i am burring up! what is this and how do i solve it? thank you so much!
Answer:Since I'm not a doctor, I can't say what this problem of yours is and how to solve it. I do know that if I had your symptoms...especially the fever.I would see my own doctor. You might have the flu...or you could have food poisoning. Hope you feel better soon.

id say a flu or possibly something that you ate, go to your Dr, and get some meds. its most likely not pneumonia since you are not having trouble breathing. go to your Dr.
I am not a doctor either, but I am a Paramedic student. Usually a fever can mean an infection. If you are vomitting or have diarrhea as well I would say you would have a severe case of food poisoning. If you have eaten out recently and have had fish or chicken that could have been under cooked then this might be the reason. The other that I can think of is a Gastrointestinal problem such as Diverticulitis which is stool stuck in pockets of your bowels which is causing irritation. Either way both are serious and need attention I would suggest an Emergency room
