Undiagnosed medical condition Can any DR Please helpcont3

This is a continuation if any one is confused. Symptoms Weight gain 25lb in last year, short term memory, tripping, and my left wrist pain. This wrist has a vein that is swellon and brused at end that leads from top side down to middle arm with not and bruse look end. I am not sure any of these are related in any way but many have asked for details and those i have anwsers i do not. I have been but on life support 2 times and after trach vent 6 times, air flown ambulanced 20 times. These attacks usualy last hours, and range from once a week , month or day even twice in a day. Please help! anyone need suggestions i am grasping at anything as my drs work to figure this out..Thankyou Please help!
