Wondering if anyone else out there may have occational Seizures! I have had 3 in my life, I always know when I am going to have one becuase of the way I feel. first one was in 2002, then the second in 2004 the the last one was in 2007. Cat scans show nothing. Anyone else Gone or going through something like this

i get De ja vue seizures and they happen off and on . Such a weird feeling and they can't see on cat scans too.

Are you on a medication.and you stop suddenly?? Sometimes withdrawal from different sources can cause seizures-alcohol, meds...ect.

Find a better doctor. This is not something most people experience, even occasionally. Try a neurologist, at a hospital with an excellent reputation for neurology. This problem could be very dangerous, in many ways, so be sure to get help very soon.

It could be epilepsy. Do you pass out, wake up groggy with no memory of what happened?

I think going to a neurologist would be a good idea. He might suggest other tests such as an EEG.

additional: deva ju can be a sign of epilepsy in the part of the brain that's called the temporal lope. Other symptoms may be a strange feeling, smell, hallucination or other psychic symptoms. We once saw a patient who thought she was going insane because this one odd image kept appearing from time to time. It turned out to be a seizure.
