It happens to my hubby when he works a lot. I literally kick him out of the bed to wash his a**. lol. Try to make sure you are showering and washing your face everyday.. and dont use cheap face wash! Use like OIl of olay or Aveeno at least.

You can try pushing down on it (not squeezing), although it is sometimes painful. Otherwise you just have to wait. It should be gone in about a week, depending on it's severity. If it doesn't disappear by then, then you should probably see a doctor to make sure its not something else.
I have loads of them all i have 2 to is burst them don't pick at them and they just got away , Don't worrie it is just HORMONES! Drink plenty of water and cut down on fizzy things and sugary things aswell!.

Don't touch it. That will only cause more infection. Use alcohol/swab to keep it clean. It will shrink within 3-4 days.
That happened to me a couple of times and i used a hot tea bag and held it on for a while. Do that for a day or so and it will be gone completely.
