Treatment for keloid scars

I had 2 keloid scars on my back, one much bigger than the other, and when I went to the dermatologist, they gave me steriod injections in the bigger one. They did nothing. However, I have since found out that the steroids they use is cortisone, which I'm allergic to. Since then I have developed many many many keloid scars on my back and shoulders. I can't even wear tank tops anymore it looks so bad!
Is there any other kind of treatment I can try?
