they do not have puss in them and have been around for about two days, they keep spreading and he doesn't seem to have any other symptoms. he just finished antibiotics yesterday, and that was do to an ear ache and a sore throat. he did vomit a few times right before the rash appeared...and there was no apparent reason why. so now you know about this a little, do you have any suggestions as to what it could be?

Answer:

Try powdering them with corn starch if they reduce rapidly it is a heat rash if not it may be a mild allergic reaction and you may want to try an antihistamine to clear it up (like baby Benedryl). Good Luck!

could be chicken pox.

if he hasn't had the MMR(measles, mumps, rubella) shot, then it could be measles.

He could have had a reaction to the antibiotic -
