Throught or my Tonsles details inside (very desparate)

Have you have turned your bass up so high it your car to where you feel like your eyes are buzzing or moving on their own? Later did it feel like your throught had a hole in it and everytime your swallowed your felt like you were going to puke? Well I feel like that right now. I can't tell if my tonsles are bad from listening to the bass to high or just a bad throught. Well everytime I talk, swallow, cough, or sing I feel like puking. I don't know what to do. I have to go to bed and my parents aren't home. Can someone tell me what's wrong with me?

Hmm everybody has a different body,i don't think what ur experiancving is something serious but you should consult a doctor if you are so worried..
