Those who have acne and started using Flaxseed oil

I've read in one article that flaxseed oil helps flushes out the bad bacteria (whatever they call it) from the liver and helps cure acne. How soon does it take effect? Anybody?

Flaxseed oil doesn't flush out bad bacteria. It is an excellent source of alpha linolenic acid, an omega 3 fatty acid.

Another excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids is from fish oils.
