I have buttne! The rest of my complexion is great, but I break out on my rear end! I even get boils sometimes. Whats up down there?

Answer:

I would try to switch soaps to an anti-bacterial soap. . Dial makes a good brand and its not to drying . Body acne is common regardless of where it is. Most of the soaps that are out there have to many moisturizers or perfume in them and they clog your pores. If that doesn't help then schedule an appointment to see a dermatologist. Good luck :)

It's bacteria you need to wash in very hot water and wipe everything down it can also be bacteria that live in your nose talk to your doctor about it.
