Does benzoyl peroxide really work?

And how many times a day should i put it?

I actually started using it about a month ago. I got mine from my doctor so it's not the over the counter stuff. I use 5%, and I didn't expect much because I had used every drugstore product that exists. I didn't have bad acne, just always a few constant pimples that I was completely sick of. After about 2 weeks, I didn't have any breakouts, and I still haven't. This is the longest I've ever gone without a pimple, and I'm still scared it's too good to be true! Keep in mind that I also wash my face with a cleanser before applying it, and use a moisturizer after so my skin isn't all dry and flaky. Give it a try, but don't waste your money on the over the counter benzoyl peroxide, I tried it a million times and never got results. Good luck!

Yes it will work, but keep in mind that it is the crude or a fast way of acne relief.

In the long term, try your best to regularly do a facial wash when bathing every time and watch what you are eating. Avoid oily and fried foods.

You will then see the difference. Trust me. I've been there.

Yes, it does...but it depends on how much you use. There's a kit called Proactiv- and it completely made my acne disappear. It's like magic. It also contains benzoyl peroxide. Good luck.

My acne isnt terrible but i found that if i just wash my face with soap using my hands and not a wash cloth my face clears up. I guess the wash cloth was irritating my skin?
