does anybody know if you can get heat patches on the NHS

Answer:

No but there are usually offers on in the chemists if you shop around. I buy them for my husband and stock up when they are 50% extra or 4 for the price of 3 etc. My husband finds them very effective if his back plays up rather than take pain killers.

I don't think so, due to the legality stuff of burns etc. We have to be really careful even when suggesting ice packs/hot packs to patients.
