You miss the point. It isn't problems with particular steroids that cause problems. It's that the human body has oodles of feedback loop mechanisms, and exogenous steroids interfere with the feedback mechanisms. There cannot even in theory ever be an anabolic steroid that doesn't do bad things. Not now, not ever.
