very little, about 3-5 milimeters is the max, what do you guys think? STD? Acne? Its been there for a year and a half at least, like I said. Help me out please!

Considering they've been there for a year, we can rule out herpes. Herpes outbreaks come and go, they aren't constant like that.
Acne is a distinct possibility, but it may also be another skin condition. A dermatologist can help you with this problem.
Go to the doctor, have it tested and use protection in the meantime.
I am not a Ob/Gyn, but from the sound of it you have herpes. Get checked as soon as possible please, for you sake.
