Wut im thinking now is wut if I stop eating six times a day and only eat three? I cant becuz get 2 hungry. Also Since I rebilt my body on this diet what will happen 2 the muscle that I regained when I go off the diet and go back on a normal everyday healthy diet. what wil happen when I stop eating 30 grams of protein a day . im afraid that since I used this food 2 recover from something so drastic if I dont eat that exact stuff il withr away 2 wut I was before I started weigt lifting cuz my body wnt get wut it had when it rocoverd.
