The best medicine/ home remedy for alergy season

HELP; this alergy season is literally KILLING ME!

my nose is running constantly, my eyes are seriously burning, my throat is itching, i keep on sneezing, my nose is also itching.. i can't even say a sentence outloud without coughing... i used clariton too, and it is not helping.. please.. any home remedies so i can save some $ because clariton was like almost 8 dollars for only 5 doses..

There are supplements that with the proper dosage and correct eating allergy's can be done away with.
