The army and marfan syndrome

hi. im a 24 year old male and really want to join the army (uk) but my father has marfan syndrome. i have had tests as iv been growing up and the docs say they dont think i have it but im just tall and slim? i was just wondering where the army stand with marfan syndrome? cos i have seen web pages with people being in the army with marfan but was wondering if people still can? please help!?
