Accordding to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention):
" It is not yet known how much protection girls/women would get from receiving only one or two doses of the vaccine. For this reason, it is very important that girls/women get all three doses of the vaccine."

regardless of what anyone answers here, no one knows with any certainty.
thumb my answer down but still, NO ONE KNOWS WITH ANY CERTAINTY-- even the CDC agrees.
Obviously not, or you wouldn't need three courses of it!
My doctor told me that after the first two you are pretty much covered, but it is important to have the third injection to be completely sure. If something goes wrong further down the track, and you contract cervical cancer that SHOULD have been prevented by the vaccine - yet you didn't get the full round of treatment - the doctor will not be at all liable for any damages.
The full treatment is the best option.
