i don't have asthma, but during this season my chest is extremely tight, especially at night..what can i do?
can anyone help? any natural remedies?
Answer:You might want to touch base with a doc.just to make sure that it's not more than allergies. Now, for some suggestions for you...that pollen crap comes inside with you every time you open the door. Have you used the new products that reduce allergins in your home? You can even vacuum with them and they help lower the pollen, etc inside. Strip your bedding, curtains, clean out the car.or better yet, have someone do it for you so that you are not exposed to the dust and pollen it kicks up. Wearing a mask while cleaning can also help you. If you have pets, be aware that when they go outside and roll in the grass, they are bringing a special delivery right back to you when they come inside. I have also found that Mucinex is really great for helping you to break up that congestion and tightness in the chest and cough it up and get it out of your system. Hugs.hope the season goes by quickly and you feel better soon.
try flonase i was EVERYTHING ELSE but this works great ask your doctor too!
The only thing that works for me is Singulair (Leukotriene blocker) at night and Drixoral (decongestant and anti-histamine) or Claritin (just anti-histamine) during the day.
You may also need an inhaler for the tightness. Ask the doc.
I'm sorry,
I remember.
Take care.
Feel better.
