Telomere repair using nanotechnology- any research in Ontario
Hear that Telomolecular Corp., Delaware, are repairing telomeres using nanotech to permit better quality cell replication. Any such research in Ontario? If as stated, could be a major breakthrough in fighting aging and disease.

Answer:I don't know if Telomolecular Corporation is doing any research in Ontario, Canada. However, there are many places doing research in nanomedicine and telomeres for cancer and aging is an area of alot of research. I'm sure there are both private companies and universities in Ontario doing some work on one or the other.
As for being a major breakdown, from what I read, this technology is quite a ways off for a major practical application. There have been some experimental successes but, I'm guessing at least 20 years being you see an approved major treatment with nanomedicine.
Certainly exciting especially to tech geeks like me but, don't hold your breath for a major breakdown in the near future.
Check Thunder Bay Ontario. They have been doing alot of testing there in the hospital.
