I have a 3ml syringe, I need to take 1cc per day. To what measurement should I take! By measur ement I mean line on the syringe. I will not be insulted if you break it down elementary style!

Answer:

1 ml = 1 cc

I am sure that your doctor should be the one breaking it down for you.
stick dat coke into yo system boi
you need to go to your dr office and have them show you what you need to do
1 cc = 1 ml so pull back to 1 ml (1cc) to get the correct amount. The two measurements are equal!
For all practical purposes, 1cc=1ml. Draw your medication up to the 1 on your syringe. I could show you in a second. It is hard to explain here. Perhaps your pharmacist could give you some assistance. I wish you good luck.

I don't think I could handle the whole needle thing. I'm glade I don't have that problem.
Do you mean 1 mL all at once, one time a day, or a grand total of 1 mL throughout the day? It makes a HUGE difference. Typically the insulin is 100 Units per mL, so I would get an appointment with a diabetes educator.

Also, not all syringes have the same marks, so there's no way to say which mark to draw to.
