Answer:

If you are referring to the Primary Complex associated with the tuberculin bacteria, I've attached several web links that detail the treatment of a child with this condition (see below).

In general, most children will receive a course of antitubercular drugs (ioniazide, rifampin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide, and sometimes others) to combat and suppress the initial infection. Treatment usually continues for approximately 6 months, but may be extended for up to a year.
