Swollen lymph nodes in neck and under chin for almost a year now, sometimes feel pressure when i ben
Have lymph node in neck on right side that I can feel and manipulate around like it is attached to a cord almost. Sometimes it swells and my throat gets sore and then when I bend over I feel pressure where the lump is (almost a popping sensation). I have a smaller tiny lump under my jaw bone as well sometimes. I have had this lump in my neck for almost a year now and feel pain and restricted access in my neck as well sometimes. I have no insurance but went to a clinic and they felt 3 lumps. Any advice? I have been told my tonsils should have been removed when I was a child - they are very large.
Answer:Tonsillitis can make lymph nodes swell. I hope you are getting this checked out by a doctor. If you have reason ti suspect Lymphoma, here is the best site for info:

You need to see a doctor. You could have swollen tonsils, a viral infection, or even lymphoma. At any rate, it is not something to fool around with. Just tell the office you are willing to make payment arrangements like $10 a MONTH or something.
you need to get to a doctor or a clinic as soon as you can. It could be nothing but these lumps need to be checked out. I'm surprised they let you leave the clinic.
