i have really sweaty palms is there any non surgical methods to fix it. it is not a nervous things they are just sweaty 24/7
Answer:i have the same problem. i usually get sweaty palms and sometimes feet so for the past couple months i've been getting acupuncture treatments and i have to take these herbal tablets every day. it's helped a lot (i'd say about 35% better) but i'm not COMPLETELY healed. i still have a few months to go for treatments and i'm pretty confident my palms will start to sweat even less, so i recommend you going if you don't want to have any surgical treatments done! good luck =)
If it's hyperhydrosis - only surgery will fix the problem
If it's a bit of anxiety try deep breathing or meditation to be a bit calmer.
Maybe your environment is too hot.
