Sweaty hands
please please please help me
i have sweaty hands and it only stops when i dont think about it but then i notice they arent sweaty and i get all happy then they get sweaty!! how do i hold hands with people? ecpeicially in churhc??!? please please help im only 13 and i need help.any soaps? can you put certain dry andtipersperant on them? will that help? anything but surgery. please, any other teenagers that have this problem? thanks
Answer:There are products you can get for excessive sweating, including sweaty hands. I am sure if you seek the advice of a medical practitioner you will get a product to suit. I have used a roll on product that you put on at night and wash off in the morning. It takes a few weeks but does work.
