my wife age 28 suffring from thiride problem last 2 years. she takes medicine last 2 years. i want to ask u how much time to recover it.pl tell me any treatment for out of this problem form the root.
Answer:You mean Thyroid? That sucks my friend had a thyroid problem before, it only lasted a few months though.
At this age, it is usually autoimmune thyroiditis. There are antibodies against thyroid hormones. She will have to keep on monitoring her thyroid function and keep taking medication. I am sorry. There is no permanent cure.
I hope you mean thyroid condition. What medication does she take? Is it hypo (slow) or hyper (fast)? For recovery it's not that simple. There are foods, that slow the thyroid down and those that speed it up. Myself I have hypo (slow) I avoid all cabbage family foods, I take a supplement called "Thyroid-vital'. it has vitamins and minerals that support the thyroid.
