Hi i am always getting colds like every month!! i am getting really sick of my nose running!! i no its sounds silly but i sumtimes wish i neva had a nose lol! what can i do to stop it running 24/7 !? plz help mee ! xxxx

Your Dr. will be able to advise you whether is is a cold you keep getting or if it is an allergy. If the latter is the case you could be prescribed an oral antihistamine and/or a nasal spray that should help.

Sounds like you have allergies,you can get them any time of year.You should see your doctor and be tested.If its allergies he will give you something for it,should stop your runny nose.

Not sure if you're in Britain. If you are try Sudofed. Available over the counter at the pharmacy. Relieves congestion and dries up a runny nose.

Benadry is something that will dry up a runny nose like the one you sound like you have.if you have no allergy to it.

Check with your doctor first, but it is usually safe. It is an antihistamine and it will dry up any excess secretions.

I doubt very much it's a cold...More likely to be Rhinitis. Have you tried anti histamines? See if they help..Also a steroid spray from the chemist (flixonaise) may help you. You can try something like sudafed 2 as it dries up secretions but you shouldn't use it for 2 long as it can make things worse.Best bet though is to go to your GP and get him/her to check you over..hope this helps x

I have found since I use sea salt in my nose(a liquid bought at drug store) and wash my hands a zillion times a day that the colds are better. Maybe some of your "colds" could be allergies too. Try an antihistamine, it may help. Also, warm cloths on eyes and nose.
