Stomach problems, any ideas what it could be

Several months ago, I started having these stomach pains in the upper right side of my abdomin. Its like a burning aching pain that never goes away. I went to the doc and they gave me meds for heartburn and such, it didn't help. Then they did all kinds of tests on my gall bladder, which wasn't the problem either. The pains stopped for a few months, but now they're back again and i don't have any insurance to go to the doc for more tests. Any ideas what it could be?

--I don't drink or do drugs, foods don't make it come or go, and OTC meds (pepto, mylanta, malox) doesn't seem to help

Answer:

I have had these same problems for about 6 to 7 months and it has gotten a bit better w/ meds that my doc had put me onthe name of the first one was the purple pill. this didnt work so now I am using somthing else.

What about appendicitis? Your appendix is on the right side.
Just an addition to diet habits this may sound odd but if you discontinue caffeine products it may help I have not had heart burn since stopped using them.. As for the stomach pain I have no suggestions maybe high fiber diet.. Fiber one bars are great especially the chocolate ones
It does sound like either stomach or gallbladder issue. You do need to have a doctor run more tests...look into clinics in your area.
