Stomach Aches Everyday in School
I could only eat heavy stuff , coffee etc. after 10am.
I'm 16, and I had the same problem in school. I finally learned how to fix this.
I recommend waking up earlier tomorrow morning. Then start by eating a well balanced breakfast of eggs and toast, and fruit, and milk, and water. Then since you have more time, (don't forget to brush your teeth!) use the bathroom, and make a bowl movement before school, and after breakfast. Make sure that you aren't rushed. Then, I figured out that what I was taking for lunch every day wasn't sitting well with me. I suggest taking something light for lunch such as a salad with some sliced chicken on top, or something that isn't going to "clog" you up. Just remember to use the bathroom regularly.
If you get gas every day, then I suggest taking some Gas-X in a plastic bag to school, and a bottle of water, so that if you feel the need, you can ease the gas pains.
I hope I helped! (it worked for me!)
No one believed me in high school when I said I was sick either, they called it Irritable Bowel Syndrome...five years later they finally screened my thyroid. I had hyperthyroidism and developed an autoimmune disease of my eyes because I went so long untreated. Get your thyroid checked if you haven't already. If your thyroid is fine then it may just be anxiety. Do you get headaches or a fast heartbeat or any other symptoms?
Well i do not think it is anxiety, but if you still are having stomach aches it is probably because you are not eating the foods needed to keep you healthy and i know this cause i had stomach aches in school for three weeks.
