Spring allergies

My allergies are sooo bad!

I am on zyrtec and nasonex..in addition i take either benadryl, suddafed or severe allergy tylenol..

nothing seems to work!!

everytime i walk outside it starts up, i can't bare to be outside at all during this season

i don't have asthma, but during this season my chest is extremely tight, especially at night..what can i do?

can anyone help? any natural remedies?

I used to be in the same boat ,in my mid twenties i started with a really deep bronchial cough,I thought it was pnumonia until my brother suggested I see an allergist. I went and I was diagnosed as having spring allergies ( rose fever). this was some thirty years ago ,nine years ago the allergist gave me some good news,I no longer needed to go for shots.Ive been okay ever since.the only trouble is that I havea sever allergy to cats they give me asthma.
