Soya milk, goats milk or cows milk

I have mild excema on both my arms and want to get rid of it . So which one of the above is best for it? I'm quite sure its not cows milk but what about the other two?

id choose soy milk for it im no expert but averno body lotion uses soy products for there lotion alot.
