Sore or cut on the inside of my cheek

I have a sore on the inside of my cheek. It's very sore!! May be a canker sore. What can I do for this?
Answer:Salt water rinses. Also pharmacy has over the counter medicine to put on it. It taste nasty but works. Don't eat spicy or acidic foods that will make it worse
