and its not a kidney infection
Answer:Sorry it could be a UTI, or if the back pain is one sided it could be a stone. If the pain is on the right, occasionally appendicitis can present with urine symptoms and backache. If you are uncomfortable see local medical advice to be safe.
bladder infection. get it treated sooner rather than later, if you leave it too long you'll be doubled up in pain. I had it once, and it started with your systems, then after a week or so I had to go to A&E. Its sooooo painful! You need antibiotics to kill the infection.
a slipped disc can cause back pain and leg/buttock pain
AND cause trouble passing urine !!
disc treatment with excerise or surgery no matter
can relieve both
If you cant pee
go to an ER NOW!
