Smoother, nicer looking legs

How the heck can you get nicer, smoother legs? Get rid of little scars?

I use mosturizing cream, which helps cover up a lot of the little scars I have - or at least makes them not stick out. Also, if your legs start to tan, the scars won't stick out so much.
