Answer:

You did the right thing in having a shower to rid your body of the odour of smoke. Sip water to keep your throat moist, or suck on a cough lolly if throat is really sore.

Next time you go any where with someone who smokes in the car ask them politely, if they would mind not smoking while your in the car. If they ask why, tell them that the smoke hurts your throat, also if you suffer from asthma then tell them that your an asthmatic too. You could also tell them, that your parents does not like you smelling of smoke.

Smoke from peoples smokes make my throat sore too, smoke also cause my asthma to play up. My friends never smoke while I am in their car, and they always smoke away from me. For which I a very gratefull for.

try not to worry =you did the right thing by getting steam to help you breath again the right way=let your b/f know that cigarette smoke bothers you and leave it up to him to tell his parents =good luck
You will now get cancer and die.

Unless you have asthma or COPD you should be fine.

it's okay to voice your mind. besides don't they know it's a law to not smoke in the car with your kids. you need to tell them something it's okay.
gargle with warm salt water
You will be fine. It is not really that big of a deal.
