I'm realy scared. I think I have got breast cancer but I'm not sure and I'm scared io tell anyone. A while ago, I found a lump on the left hand side about 3cm away from my breast. I thought it was a spot/mole so I kept picking at it and one day I removed it. It has left a mark but nothing else. recently we had a talk about cancer at school so when I came home, I checked myself and found no lumps! but yesterday I noticed around both my nips, it was all crUsty and flakey. I read through the leaflets about breast cancer from school and found that this was a symptom for bc. Was the spot/mole I removed a lump of cancer? I checked myself again and I found no lumps. Does anybody know what this means.?

Answer:

go see an oncologist quck

Why don't you just pop along to the docs and ask to see a female nurse. They are very helpful
Don't get scared. Just march right on over to your general physician. The likelihood it is a dangerous form of cancer is low. Just check it out to be sure. Good luck.
First of all don't panic and you can not pick cancer out of your body the way you described so does sound like spot but if all all worried go to doctors they will not worry they will be pleased that you are taking notice when alot of people don't and then it is too late. You do sometimes get crusty flakey nips if been hot so I really wouldn't worry just express your worries to gp so they can reassure you!
Please go and see your GP. I know you're worried, but this is not the right place for you to receive a proper answer to your question. Can you talk to your mum about this? Or a teacher or older sister? It will help.
I dont think you should worry alot Im sure it wasnt cancer that you picked off, but you should always consult a doctor about these issues. there are alot of female doctors that you can see and there is always mom or sister or a adult family member that you could talk to. Please dont wait, wait causes regret.
I think it would be hard to remove something cancerous yourself unless it was a surface mole like skin cancer, however it is very important you get to the doctor and get checked. The will treat you very confidentially and will help you with all your questions.
Its extremely rare for someone so young to get breast cancer and as u r still developing there will be changes. Even so I would recommend a visit to ur dr just to be sure and to put ur mind at rest. They deal with things like this every day and u r sensible for asking for help, dont worry x
if you have any discolouration at all on either of your breasts,go to the docs, depends how old you are it could be your monthly,s.i would,nt take advice from anyone ,you must go to the docs, don,t be scared,it,s something us girls have to do. keep checking yourself though, your a very sensible girl.
Since you are at school, then simply due to your young age, it's highly unlikely that you have any cancers. The secretions from your nipples can change throughout your monthly cycle, and can include clear 'crusty' bits. If you have been sexually active the secretions can also appear in pregnancy, which is something else to consider, as can a poorly fitting bra which could cause chafing.
