I do have one suggestion for you.

I use 'In2 Natures' Exfoliating Foot cream.

It is Shea Butter (good for toning the skin) but with added Sea Salt (to exfoliate the feet) and with added tea tree oil (very good for the feet)

The price is very reasonable so it is worth giving them a try.

They aren't on the Internet yet although you can contact them by emailing: in2nature@gmail.com

GOOD LUCK

PS. it worked for me and my family! (they are African American)

I recently stumbled upon a great product from an all natural online company, bluebasins bath & body. They have a great system for feet, it's a six step system. I've used it and it's great I got some earlier this year cause summer is coming and want my toes to look as cute as possible. They have a great exfoliating foot scrub called Tea Tree & Mint Exfoliating Foot Scrub which gets rid of the dry, dead skin cells while moisturizing the feet. I use it along with the foot butter which is really creamy and sinks in well. It has both shea butter and cocoa butter in it.
